13th Annual Kickoff Forum
Navigating the Challenges & Opportunities of Today’s Regulatory Landscape
Saturday, November 12, 2022
Program: 3:00-5:00 pm CST; Reception: 5:00-6:00 pm CST
New Orleans Marriott
Agenda & Topic. CCIF is happy to share the final agenda, featuring a remarkable lineup of state commissioners, consumer advocates, electric company reps, and a special keynote speaker. Please see the topic description for potential areas of discussion.
Registration. Please register here by Nov. 4. While no charge to participate, seating is limited, and a separate registration with CCIF is required. Please make travel plans and hotel reservations accordingly (no CCIF group rates). You may access the registrant list here (updated periodically; not automatically).
COVID-Related Info. CCIF follows Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) meeting protocols, which have been updated recently to no longer require attendees to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Instead, EEI and CCIF request that meeting attendees take a COVID-19 PCR or rapid test within 24 hours prior to arrival and that anyone who tests positive or is exhibiting symptoms not attend. We will not send tests to registrants or ask to see test results. See here for details regarding this policy.
Stipends. Participating state commissioners and consumer advocates may request consideration for a limited number of 1-night hotel stipends from EEI. Please indicate interest in such a stipend during registration (so as to prompt a process to determine eligibility in light of any applicable ethics policies, rules, or statutes).
