About CCIF. The Critical Consumer Issues Forum (CCIF) is an initiative that brings together three core groups–state utility commissioners, consumer advocates, and electric company representatives–for collaboration, candid dialogue, and consensus-building on a number of energy topics (navigating the regulatory landscape; supporting customers through times of crisis; clean energy transition; resilience; electric transportation; etc.). See the CCIF website for more information, including all past reports.
